Low Country Boil Catering

Our authentic Low Country Boil, also known as Beaufort or Frogmore stew as it’s called on the SC coast, is a seafood dish that originated in the Low Country of South Carolina. It is a favorite addition to any size group gathering and is prepared on-site. The sweet corn, polska kielbasa sausage, new potatoes and the seafood of your choice (normally shrimp) are seasoned to perfection and served individually. We cook the seafood separate, so people with shrimp allergies can still enjoy the rest of the Low Country



Whether we include our coastal shrimp, snow crab legs, sea scallops, Blue crab, clams, etc.; we have a large selection of shellfish that is sure to satisfy even the most discriminating palate.
